Free Browser Games is a small, stubbornly simple arcade: 150 mini games that load in a single click and play in the browser you already have open. There is no app store, no installer and no account system, because none of that makes a game more fun.

What you will find here

Five categories, each with its own mood. Word & Language for letter puzzles and typing games. Arcade Classics for runners, shooters and brick breakers. Reflex & Speed for games that measure how fast your hands really are. Party & Casual for dice, wheels, quizzes and quick rounds you can share. Creative & Art for calm sandboxes with no score to beat.

How it is built

The whole site is static files: HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript. Games are drawn with images and CSS animation rather than a canvas, so they stay crisp on any screen and stay cheap to run on an old phone. Nothing phones home while you play.

What we store

Only what makes the site nicer to come back to: your theme choice, your favorites, your recently played list, your high scores and any review you write. All of it sits in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device. The Privacy Policy spells out the details.

Games and their owners

Every game here was made for this site, but the ideas standing behind them - the runners, the match-three boards, the word boards - belong to a long line of game designers. All games © their respective owners. If you make something on this site and want it gone, one email is enough.
